7th Grade Service Project -
Joseph & David
Hello, our names are Joseph Guidetti and David Svitek. We are two seventh graders from Old Mission School. All seventh and eighth graders are required to do a fifteen hour service project each year. For our service project, we are trying to raise money for Rita’s Rainbows. Rita’s Rainbows is a non-profit organization that helps children in need. We are having a raffle for half a cord of wood (pickup truck size) of oak. The donated money will be used to buy swim lessons for kids who don’t know how to swim. The swim lessons will cover water safety, treading water, and basic swimming. The raffle will be held on Friday, December 10, 2010. We will call the winner and deliver and stack the wood on a winner-selected date. Each ticket costs ten dollars.
